    If you prefer in-person therapy, face-to-face sessions are available within the Manchester area. Being physically present in the therapy room can help you feel more engaged in the process.

    Sessions make use of whiteboards and other creative tools, and worksheets will be provided in session or emailed afterwards - whichever you prefer.

  • Adolescents

    8-Week CBT Wellbeing Programme

    £60 per 50 min session

    A structured 8-week programme designed to support teens in better understanding their thought patterns, emotions and behaviours - providing guidance and support every step of the way.

    Tailored to teens experiencing low mood and signs of depression, this programme aims to increase self-awareness, self-esteem and motivation. It is designed as a brief CBT intervention targeting low mood and mild depression.

    • 1 session per week, 50 mins, over 8 weeks
